Application Process for The Meadows & Tranquil Terrace only. 

Waiting List CLOSED

Step #1: Apply Online

Submitted applications are automatically put on the WPHA waiting list for either The Meadows Apartments or Tranquil Terrace Apartments.

Step #2: WPHA will contact you to make an appointment.

Please have all required legal forms ready.

Important Notes:

Pre-applications are time- and date-stamped electronically and categorized by the number of bedrooms.

The number of bedrooms is determined based on the number of occupants listed on the application.

Application Process:

Pre-Applications will be taken online ONLY. Click the Apply for Housing link and follow the directions. The process should only take a few minutes. Pre-applications will automatically be placed in order of preference, date, and time. Once you have successfully completed your online Pre-application, the system will generate a confirmation number that will appear on the screen, and we will send a confirmation email to your registered email on the application.

Once you are selected from the waitlist and are declared eligible to receive a public housing unit, you will be notified by Management.

If you are elderly, handicapped, or disabled and require a reasonable accommodation or need a language translation, press 203 and leave a voicemail with your first and last name. A call will be returned in the order it was received.
