Winter Park Housing currently owns 705 apartments, including 171 public housing units, across 6 multi-family rental properties. We use our funding to offset the cost of rent for our tenants, who pay well below fair market rates at amounts based on household income.

The mission of the Winter Park Housing is to provide a secure, sanitary, non-discriminatory, crime and drug-free environment in a nurturing community where residents have access to resources to become self-sufficient and independent.
